When will my event photos be posted?

It typically takes a full week before we can post pictures
online. The time is required to save, transfer and proof the images, and
then the create the web pages and test the site.
How long will it take to receive my picture order?
^TOP^
We strive to get orders processed and sent within 4 business
days. Shipping is typically done via US Postal Service, so delivery time
will depend on your location.
Do you only shoot water sports?
^TOP^
No! We have a great deal of experience in water sports,
but we have provided services for equestrian events, golf tournaments, rodeos,
corporate events and family sporting events. We also provide portrait/candid
photography and other services under our
BrightPhotographic.com name. We're diverse and experienced
enough to handle almost any photographic need.

What format are the images I can order on CD?

All of our images are jpegs, but we can convert to another
format if needed.
Do you offer custom cropping and/or image enhancement or
conversion?

Yes we do. If you have a specific request, please let
us know in the comments section of the order form.
What type of photo editing can you do?
^TOP^
Using Photoshop and similar programs, we can crop, balance
color, fix lighting, convert to black and white, enhance contrast, etc.
Even a "poor" image can usually be cleaned up nicely. If you're unsure
that we can fix a picture to your liking, just ask us to give it a try, and we
will gladly provide you with a sample before you decide to purchase. To

Do you still have old event photos that aren't listed on
your website?

Yes! Just email us with information about the event and
photos you're looking for and we should be able to find them for you.
Do you post every photo you take?

Not necessarily. If you think something is missing, or
you want to know if we have more of a particular event or participant, just ask
and we can let you know what we have available.
Is your ordering process online secure?

Yes! Our shopping cart process is fully secure and
encrypted - so your credit card information is safe!
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Absolutely! If you're not fully satisfied with your
purchase, please let us know and we will either make it right, or refund your
